The device manifests as a bioelectric interface bridging media. Using industrial synthetics—plastic, rubber, wire—it builds a simulated neural network. Here, the participant’s touch is the key: the primal act of clasping hands generates a flowing current, a physical circuit of consensus.
This simple tactile act elevates abstract healing into a concrete optoelectronic ritual. It tears down the walls of technological isolation, instantly reopening "closed" sensory channels. The lights that subsequently shimmer across the sea are not mere reflections, but the phenomenological traces of our reconnection.
Inspired by a critique of symbolic poverty and bodily aphasia, the installation invites a shift akin to Don Juan’s concept of "Seeing." It asks participants to shed their cultural scripts and algorithmic filters. In this extraordinary experiential loop, we bypass modern cognitive barriers to re-forge the severed bond between individual, group, and nature.
